Today, ITA Airways launched two double Volare points promotions: one for trips from the US to Rome and a second one for select flights between Rome/Milan and European destinations.
Both offers are valid for travel between May 4 and June 30, 2025, and must be booked by April 30.

If you purchase a ticket departing from Chicago, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington or Boston with final destination Rome Fiumicino by the 30th of April 2025 and fly between the period from the 4th of May to the 30th of June 2025, you will receive DOUBLE non-qualifying Volare Points 💙

Double Points Promotion: Rome and Milan
Every member of the Volare program who purchase one or more one-way or round-trip flights sold and operated by ITA Airways between 07/04/2025 and 30/04/2025 and flies between 04/05/2025 and 30/06/2025 (last return date possible) from London, Paris or Nice to Milan Linate or Rome Fiumicino will earn double Volare points.
Double points are considered non-qualifying.
The non-qualifying points will only be credited for the flights:
London City – Rome Fiumicino
London City – Milan Linate
London Gatwick – Rome Fiumicino
Paris Charles de Gaulle – Milan Linate
Paris Charles de Gaulle – Rome Fiumicino
Paris Orly – Milan Linate
Nice – Rome Fiumicino
Conclusion
ITA’s Volare will be folded to Lufthansa Miles&More next year, and the airline will also join Star Alliance (it has already exited SkyTeam).
You can already credit these flights to Miles&More, where the miles end up anyway.
