Syntegon launches upgraded Pack 103 flow wrapper for small businesses

Syntegon, a packaging machine manufacturer, has introduced the Pack 103, an upgraded model of its entry-level flow-wrapping machine.

The company said this new version replaces the Pack 102, bringing even greater operational efficiency.

It said that this model builds on Syntegon’s 60-year history of durable and reliable Doboy flow wrappers.

The Pack 103 is specifically designed for small- and medium-sized enterprises looking to adopt automation solutions.

With the ability to produce up to 175 packs per minute, the Pack 103 can handle a broad range of packaging needs.

Syntegon highlights the machine’s versatility, making it suitable for food, nonfood, and medical products.

The company claimed that the Pack 103 machine’s intuitive design and ease of use allows businesses to optimise their workflows and reduce turnaround time, resulting in faster product availability and improved distribution efficiency.

In February this year, Syntegon launched Kliklok ACC, a carton-sealing solution for packaging.

This carton closer is designed to minimise rejects, boosting efficiency and cutting operational costs.

Kliklok ACC, developed with customer input, provides high carton quality, flexibility, easy access, low maintenance, and high speeds to accommodate changing production needs.
